Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Dosed AI ("the App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and paid subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dosed AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we determine to be under 18.

3. Not Medical Advice

3.1 Informational and Educational Use Only

Dosed AI provides general informational and educational content about peptides, injection protocols, and related topics. This content is not medical advice. The App does not:

• Establish a doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship between you and Dosed AI
• Provide clinical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
• Replace the judgment of a licensed healthcare professional

3.2 Consult a Healthcare Provider

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider (physician, nurse practitioner, or other licensed clinician) before:

• Starting any peptide or supplement regimen
• Changing doses or protocols
• Using any substance if you have pre-existing medical conditions
• Using any substance if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or may become pregnant

3.3 No FDA Approval

Many peptides referenced in the App are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the purposes described. Regulatory status may vary by country. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding these substances.

3.4 Not a Dosage Calculator

The App does not calculate, prescribe, or recommend specific drug dosages. Any protocol information shown is for educational reference only and must be verified by a licensed healthcare provider before use. The App is not a regulated medical device.

3.5 Self-Reported Health Information

All health information entered into Dosed AI is self-reported by you. We do not verify medical records, conduct clinical assessments, or validate the accuracy of any information you provide. AI-generated plans are produced algorithmically and do not reflect a clinical evaluation.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Dosed AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are unlocked through an active subscription. Pricing is displayed within the App and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by applicable law.

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly for App Store or Google Play purchases.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.6 Free Trials

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. You may cancel the free trial at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or health information in ways that could harm others
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Dosed AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI-generated plan templates, and software — are owned by Dosed AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you. With respect to Apple devices, this license is limited to use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your personal data (health profile, injection logs) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be available at all times or error-free
• AI-generated plans are accurate, complete, safe, or appropriate for your individual circumstances
• Information in the App is current or up to date

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOSED AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Adverse health effects, injury, illness, or death arising from use of or reliance on any information, plan, or content provided by the App
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dosed AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the App or violation of these Terms
• Your health decisions made in connection with information from the App
• Any inaccurate information you provided to the App
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including RevenueCat (subscription management), Supabase (data storage and authentication), and AI providers — currently OpenAI and Google Gemini — for plan generation. Your self-reported health survey answers and profile data are transmitted to these AI providers to generate your personalized plan. No health data is shared with RevenueCat. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and your wireless data service agreement. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Conduct that harms other users or third parties
• Extended account inactivity (with prior notice)

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Irvine, California.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Dosed AI.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Apple or Google terms (including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions), constitute the entire agreement between you and Dosed AI regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

18. Apple App Store Terms

The following terms apply when you download, access, or use the App through the Apple App Store:

• Agreement parties: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Dosed AI only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Dosed AI, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
• Scope of license: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Dosed AI is solely responsible for any product support.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Dosed AI's sole responsibility.
• Product claims: You acknowledge that Dosed AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of health-related data.
• Intellectual property: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Dosed AI, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• Export compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and your wireless data service agreement.
• Third-party beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
