This policy applies to all users of the Dosed AI application. Dosed AI is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Health data disclaimer: All health information in Dosed AI is self-reported by you. We do not verify, validate, or independently obtain medical records. We cannot confirm the accuracy of any information you provide.
Data you log manually within the app:
We do not sell your personal data. Dosed AI does not train its own AI models on your data. With respect to our third-party AI providers (see Section 5.3), OpenAI does not use API inputs to train its models under their standard API terms. Google Gemini's data handling is governed by the API terms applicable to our key tier; we do not opt in to data sharing for training where that option exists. Dosed AI does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
All user data — including your email, health profile, survey answers, AI-generated plans, and injection logs — is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database (cloud-hosted). Supabase also handles authentication. Data is stored in encrypted-at-rest databases. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
Subscription management and in-app purchase processing is handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives your device identifier and subscription status to verify entitlements. We do not share your health data with RevenueCat. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
To generate personalized peptide plans, your survey answers and health profile are transmitted to third-party AI services. Our primary provider is OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini model); Google Gemini (1.5 Pro model) is used as a fallback when OpenAI is unavailable. This data is sent over encrypted connections and used solely to generate your plan. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train its models under their standard API terms. We use Sentry for crash reporting, error monitoring, and performance tracing. Sentry receives crash data, error logs, performance metrics, and device/browser metadata when errors occur. Session replay data may be captured during error sessions to help us diagnose issues; all text content in replays is masked to protect your privacy. Sentry does not receive your health data, injection logs, or survey answers. Sentry's privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.
Certain data — including your AI-generated plan, survey answers, theme preference, and notification settings — may be cached locally on your device for offline access and performance. This data is stored in your browser's local storage or the device's native preferences and is not transmitted to any third party. You can clear this data by deleting your account or reinstalling the app.
If you enable injection reminders, Dosed AI uses your device's local notification system (Apple's iOS notification service) to display scheduled reminders. Notification content is generic ("Time for your scheduled dose") and does not include peptide names, doses, or other health information on the lock screen. Reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on-device — the contents of your notifications are not transmitted to our servers or to any third party. You can disable reminders at any time through the app's Settings or your device's system Settings.
Data protection commitment: Each of our third-party service providers is contractually required to provide the same or equivalent level of protection for your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

When we make material changes, we will update the "effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notification.
