Open Dosed AI on your device, tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation, then tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data (profile, survey answers, plans, injection logs) are permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, contact us at doseaiapp@gmail.com and we'll help you recover access. Password reset within the app is coming in a future update.
Logs sync automatically when you have an internet connection. If you logged an injection while offline, it will sync the next time the app reaches the network. If logs still don't appear after reconnecting, try fully closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us.
Check that your device has an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). The app needs to reach our servers to sign you in and load your data. Tap "Retry" once you're back online. The Dashboard screen continues to show your most recent cached data even when offline.
